You Will Need:
Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon, 3 Tbsp, chopped
Brown Sugar, 1 cup
Tomato Paste, ½ cup
Worcestershire Sauce, 1 ½ Tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, 1 tsp
Ketchup, ½ cup
Apple Cider Vinegar, ¼ cup
Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbsp
Water, 2 cups
Recipe Serves: 3 cups
Instructions:
1. In a large sauce pot whisk together all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour until thickened
3. Cool and store in an airtight container. Use as a sauce and marinade for ribs, pork, chicken, salmon, and shrimp.
